When can we expect Javascript support?

When Javascript is supported, will developers still need to deal with clojure?

YES! NEED JAVASCRIPT!

I think most people want JavaScript capabilities than clojure with this project.

indeed! js > clojure

+1 for js

+1000

a js repl is so much sexier than a --watch function and looking through the console.logs in the browser.

+1 I work mostly in Java and Javascript. I'm considering moving to node,js. Clojure and Scala are interesting, but it looks like server-side web app development is moving to Javascript, client-side web app development already has.

Support for Javascript will be a deciding factor in my use of Light-Table.

Their website states JS will be the second language to be added, so that's good news I guess, I'll just drop in a +1 now that I am here anyways =)

+1 from me. I was really looking forward to playing in the playground, but javascript is my language of choice.
