"To enable this feature..." would be much less vague.

Searching web for information on how to install or enable plasmac/QtPlasmaC camera currently takes one down a rabbit hole lined with ancient info (Axis, camview-emc, etc.) with instructions that require substantial effort and editing files to install/enable a camera.
