What's the command id of a bulk api store request?

We need to distribute changes from a bulk API store command via delta API (#229, #252).
For this, we need to create delta events. They need to include a command id from the originating command (#306).
What's the command id for a bulk API store request (and all its small changes)?

We do know the client id of the bulk API (#241).

Proposal: The repository can just make up the command ids. We need them for a client to correlate commands and events. However, there is no client that created (delta) commands for these events, so nobody needs to correlate them.

The client that did send the store request can also be listening to delta's, so this client might want to correlate the two.
