Introducing the builtin interface INamed

If we introduce this interface we could use in serialization, by populating resolveInfo based on the value of the name property of Named

Sounds ok to me. In Freon, we always use the "name" property for references, to the etend that if a concept does not have a name property, you cannot make a reference to it.

Well, we have first to agree on having interfaces :D

In the meeting on 2023-06-09, we decided to have this interface, and have M3 NamespacedEntity / Language elements implement the new interface. We'll see during implementation whether this reference from M3 to stdlib creates issues.
