Release goal
This version adds support for dynamic transaction fee, as well as new voting system.
Description
Lisk Desktop 2.0.0 is major release with several important and breaking changes. The current release introduces the following subset of said features:
- Add dynamic transaction fee support
- Change vote transaction support

- Added tooltips to explain navigation buttons.
- Reinstated the request LSK functionality.
- Fixed mismatching balance value on the wallet page balance graph.
- Fixed a bug that prevented saving the selected network.
- Fixed a bug that prevents Lisk Desktop from automatically restarting the app after downloading the new version.
- Fixed visual issues discovered while testing the application on small screens.
- Fixed an issue that prevented account initialization.
