Fix privacy of website

Changes

Removed nearly all external resources of website. Because a website about privacy should lead with a good example.

• Googlefont moved locally
• upng / jsdelivr moved locally
• Vue.css theme moved Locally
• Roboto Font removed
• Images moved locally
• Small Css fix for site cover on small display height added.

Instead as required in the Guidelines I did intentionally not squash the commits. This allows a better understanding of the single changes.
