[BUG] Custom Themes not applying

Describe the problem

I have created a custom Style in user-defined-themes.scss, added the name in conf.yml, and when I go to the Dashboard web, the custom Style appears in Dropdown, I select it but it seems it not uses the css defined in user-defined. It keeps the same config as default style.
