Hopefully the following will be enough info to sufficiently describe the issue,

When editing a split's Additional Info and you use the scroll wheel to adjust the region/platform, then afterwards click OK the change will not carry through and upon reopening the Edit Split page the changes have been lost.

I forgot to mention I tested this with a Super Mario 64 split with a non-standard Run Category set to an arbitrary stage name. (I have not tested if this occurs with the Run Category set to any of the following presets: 0, 1, 16, 70, 120)
