minor UI issue

in new dev branch, can we adjust the view on the screen for adding a new pump? The "connect" button on the bottom is fairly hidden on my iPhone 7+, would be nice to move that button up a bit

closing because if you use enlarged text, it gets really low down and needs a scroll...so i think we just have a lot of devices and settings to contend with. moot after practice and nobody else has mentioned it, so I don't think this is an issue worth changing
