Sit

It is so easy to get caught up in the frenzy of living and forget to breath. Sit is a website meant to help you keep track of your meditation practices and increase the mindfulness with which you live you life.

There are many styles of meditation:

  • Mindfulness
  • Mantra
  • Movement (Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong)
  • Transcendental
  • Loving kindness

and many more...

At the base these all focus on awareness:

To get started take some deep breaths and settle into a comfortable spot. You don't need to cross your legs unless you want to. Just begin to observe your breath and feel the sensations in your body. If you want some guidence tryout one of the videos!
