Hi again!

Hope all is well for you. We're in with another update of the garrysmod addon, with help from our great contributors.

Some of the changes:

Fixed Inconsistent ordering of method definitions luttje/glua-api-snippets#48
Fixed Automatic ENUM globals + better windows handling luttje/glua-api-snippets#44
Adds hard-coded annotations for Angle, Vector and VMatrix as discussed in Some improvement ideas for the future luttje/glua-api-snippets#47
This PR came about thanks to this issue: Global tables (like DVScrollBar, GM and BaseClass) aren't exposed globally luttje/glua-api-snippets#50
