pager fx is very slow to open in slumber

Describe the bug
when opening response with pager fx it often get stuck or load for a very long time. more than 5 to 10 seconds.

also sometime, i press any key it will immediately open fx.

when running fx command outside slumber it open blazingly fast even for super big json. so i think it might be a bug on slumber. i use jless too and it works fine but because i cannot yank when using hyprland, i switched to fx and found this.

i have tried to open fx outside slumber in quick succession and it works fine.

To Reproduce

1. open slumber (with fx as the pager for json).
2. click 'r' to go to 'request / response'.
3. click 'v' to open the pager.
4. terminal gets stuck waiting for fx to open.
5. if fx opens fine, try quit and open again in quick succession. in my case sometimes it start to stuck on the 3rd tries and up.

Expected behavior
it should open it as fast as using fx outside slumber.

got stuck inside nvim using snacks.nvim's terminal (similar to toggleterm). this still happen running slumber outside nvim.

I'm able to reproduce this on MacOS. I noticed a few other bugs around pagers in 3.1.2 (e.g. they don't work at all 😬) so I'm fixing those as well.

Just merged a fix for this, it will go out in 3.2.0 in the next few days.
