[Turbotailz]

• Adds a search bar powered by Algolia DocSearch.
• Removes the Home button from the navigation, as it was redundant (users can click the LuckPerms logo to go to the home page) and took up too much room with the search bar present.
• Adjusts some styling of the nav bar to make it more responsive.

• need to fix responsiveness
• fix shortcut display on Windows
