Formatted restler.php

To get acquainted with the core code, I decided to re-format the code. (It wasn't very readable before, with different coding styles throughout the whole file).

Changes:

• Using spaces instead of tabs (4 spaces = 1 tab)
• Removed white space
• Formatted to Zend standard (or close enough to)
• By hand, so may have missed a few things

Testing:

• Tested against all examples

Added both files to master. Re-submitting under different branches.
