Add the support for periodic save of a resume rendering file.

Add also "safe" save (i.e. save on a temporary name, rename the old file, rename the temporary file).

Session::NeedPeriodicFilmSave() has been removed because it is now useless (periodic save is now checked and done inside Session::UpdateStats()

Added the support for periodicsave.film.period property (https://wiki.luxcorerender.org/LuxCore_SDL_Reference_Manual_v2.0#Periodic_save)

Added the support for periodic save and 'safe save' option for resume rendering file. The complete list of properties is now (https://wiki.luxcorerender.org/LuxCore_SDL_Reference_Manual_v2.0#Periodic_save):

periodicsave.film.outputs.period
periodicsave.film.period
periodicsave.film.filename
periodicsave.resumerendering.period
periodicsave.resumerendering.filename

plus the "safe save" properties (but I don't see the point in disabling "safe save").
