Mieru takes long time to start is saved folder no longer exists #65

If the saved page / folder doesn't exist anymore, (was deleted or unmounted) it takes lot's of time to open Mieru.

is this caused by the file selector waiting for the unavailable path to become available ?
using os.path.exists() on the path & using the default path might fix this
