9anime autoplay

improve the autoplay for 9anime so you dont have to click the video for it to load in and trigger the normal autoplay and auto fullscreen

This could be a bit difficult to implement, because every video provider implements it different and often they dont even load the player until you click on it. This would need separate implementations for every video page. But I will take a look in the near future if there is a way to generalize that.
