opadoc parsing errors #15

It looks like opadoc interpretes some code snippets incorrectly.

In the api reference, Server.make_dispatch includes an example that looks incoherent, and doesn't run. The inline code block ends at the first closing square brace, which is intended to be part of the inline code.

Fixed finally. There is a little typo in the example that will be corrected in the next doc release though.
