Update: the fix that i implemented in this pull request works fine on my production pool. I have found new blocks after the orphaned block. |

BTW, i'm not sure how you are implementing Unit Tests, so i guess i can leave that to you? or do you have documentation for me to follow to create a test for this, in case a regression comes up in the future?
