topup and readout time exceeding 200 ms #1280

Running dwipreproc with the rpe_header provided total readout time will result in an EDDY::EddyException what(): eddy: msg=AcqPara::AcqPara: Unrealistic read-out time if readout exceeded 200 ms.

Apparently eddy has hard thresholds on what it considers a realistic range for read-out time. This causes dwipreproc to fail on some of our data sets. Interestingly, topup itself has different thresholds on what are realistic read out times... To address this, we would need to scale the header provided readout times provided to topup to fall into eddy's realistic range...
