This hopefully fixes #22 and #15.

Major refactoring of the AdminPanel
A lot of stuff changed, so I try to make it short:
1. Replaced fluxxor by redux
2. Instead of JavaScript we use now TypeScript
3. Bundling of the js(now ts) happens in the TypeScript compiler, so we don't use BundlerMinifier for that anymore
4. ServerList doesn't poll changes anymore. Changes are pushed to the admin panel due SignalR
5. For fun: Added tab "System" which currently shows the cpu usage percentage of the system and the OpenMU server
6. The "Log" tab:
6.1 It does now show symbols if any log entry at level warn or higher is received
6.2 The LogHub caches now log messages. So when you re-enter the admin panel, you'll see older messages as well. However, you need to have it opened once, so that the LogHub is created once and caching activated
7. Temporarily removed the Map Liveview modal dialog - it used an "ugly" hack aka iframe
