i stated this on the forums but the idea was that these could spawn as a rare from any spawner. They would wander sround and eventually blow up. when they do they could create holes in the ground or destroy building etc.
i like the idea
https://p.twimg.com/AmYcjznCIAEfYc6.png here is a blown up picture of the sprite i worked on for it!
I like the idea of having a mummified creeper spawn rarely
I like this :D
Having it blow up tiles sounds cool in theory but if it blew up certain tiles it could make some areas of the level inaccessible thus uncompletable. It would be cool to have it as a very rare mob though. :)
here is an updated sprite with a touch of green so you know exactly whats hiding ;)
and also we could add "platforms"to bridge the gaps
I think thats making things a bit too complex. Thats just my opinion though, other people may think different. :)
I like the sprite though. :)
that is true, dont wanna add too many things. but i still would like to see a creeper in the game and the same reaction of FFFFUUUUU as it approaches hahah
I think their explosion should be just like the bomb explosion. I don't like the idea of them making holes in the floor.
well yeah, that would probably be it cause i forgot that it COULD block paths which isnt good:P
Given the current map sizes, I don't think it will be able to handle taking out tiles. Just an explosion as @Incanus-uk said.
I would save this for a later feature though, it's not exactly a priority.
oh no lol no rush i just had the idea and thought id see what others think! especially since i made a sprite to match the idea.
just an idea but would it be funny if on the sprites for the Creepummy there is always some small sssssss coming of of it?
thats such a cool idea and i like the sprite too
OMG i feel horrible.... you guys are like waiting for me to finish...
shall finsh the up and down animations i promise! then its done!
Closing the issue due to inactivity. It would have been neat to have mummified creepers and if Shot2400 still wants to do it then he can reopen the issue, lol.
