Slight change to Mob color HP to reduce resource use and make it look 'better' #726

I know better is subjective but this change results in it being less washed out.

Also, since we're drawing the color over the top of the underlay at max alpha, having multiple sprites is unnecessary.

Changed saturation of mob hp bar color and removed unnecessary duplicates of underlay bar.

If you add a simple screenshot (that shows off some of the colors) I'm convinced that we will merge it quickly :)
