Notice - Not valid for BiblioPixel 2

The following documentation is currently in flux and being updated for the next version of BiblioPixel. For the BiblioPixel v2.x documentation, please see the BiblioPixel v2.x Wiki

BiblioPixel is a pure Python 3 library for programming light animations. It provides an easy to use, cross-platform, and completely output-agnostic framework that greatly eases designing and programming animations for a wide variety of displays.

BiblioPixel allows many different display geometries. Many of the existing hardware models are LED strips, matrixes or circles, but there are no real limits on what the output device can be, due to the output driver model.
