ML_NeuralNetworks (Implementation without any pre-defined libraries)

This task is part of weekly programming task for the subject titled "Machine Learning"

Objective :

Goal of this assignment is to develop a holistic understanding of simple sigmoid neural networks which obeys delta rule.
