When starting a craftbeerpi Brew step I always get 1 hour less than the "Berlin" time.
On the Raspi time is shown correctly (Desktop and Command Line)

I fixed the issue by changing all
datetime.utcnow()
into
datetime.now()
in the file
craftbeerpi/brewapp/base/step.py
I m not sure if this will work in every combination but unil now my testing was successfull.

This resolved the issue for me as well. My local timezone is set correctly in the Pi, but was showing 7 hours ahead in the timestamps on the Brewing Steps, as well as 7 hours extra on the countdown timers. I am in Arizona, which is UTC-7, so that makes sense. Hopefully this will get resolved in the Master branch.
