Currently WFS propertyname parameter overwrite the valu eof the gml_include_items. We should filter against the current gml_include/execlude setting to make sure that proptected fields are not exposed.

Having "gml_exclude_items" "STATE_NAME" in the mapfile this request is OK

http://localhost:8060/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=c:/ms4w/apps/wms-wfs.map&service=wfs&version=1.1.0&request=getfeature&typename=states_table&propertyname=STATE_FIPS

but this one gives an error

http://localhost:8060/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=c:/ms4w/apps/wms-wfs.map&service=wfs&version=1.1.0&request=getfeature&typename=states_table&propertyname=STATE_FIPS,STATE_NAME

msWFSGetFeature(): WFS server error. Invalid PROPERTYNAME STATE_NAME
