Raised in MapServer/MapServer-documentation#65

The doc advertizes:

gml_[item name]_type (Optional) Specifies the type of the attribute.
Valid values are Integer|Real|Character|Date|Boolean.

This is used consistently in mapogr.cpp for automatic type detection and in mapogroutput.c when outputing from WFS to a OGR driver.
But in mapwfs.c we directly use the above values to write them as XSD types, which is not correct
