- Update Docker images to latest MapServer and GDAL
- replace all instances of "init=epsg:4326" with "epsg:4326"
- Update to latest GDAL CLI commands
- Fix PostGIS port and Docker compose file
- Use mappyfile to validate all Mapfiles used in the workshop
