We currently support back to Android 4.0 (October 2011), however this has become rather pointless as at least the OSM API cannot be used with these versions due to TLS issues (see http://vespucci.io/tutorials/faq/#cant-re-authenticate-tls-10-11-issues), the only use case would be private instances of the API.
This will de-support Android 4.0.1, 4.02, 4.0.3 and 4.0.4.
