MDEV-28931 --verbose option is too verbose

GetOpt::Long bundling option for convenient one-char verbosity levels:

  -v    General verbosity (file and execute operations)
  -vv   High verbosity (algorithmic considerations)
  -vvv  Debug verbosity (anything else)
