Open Preferences, in the Bundles tab, check SCSS to automatically install the bundle.
- Make a new bundles folder
mkdir -p ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles
Open the new folder
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles
Clone to your new folder
git clone git://github.com/kuroir/SCSS.tmbundle.git "SCSS.tmbundle"
Reload TextMate Bundles
osascript -e 'tell app "TextMate" to reload bundles'
Open the bundle's folder
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Avian/Bundles
Pull new version
git pull origin master
