2.2_Usage Reapply Markups
When you change a markup value on an attribute term, existing product prices don't automatically update. You need to reapply markups to recalculate prices with the new values.
Markup-by-Attribute provides three ways to do this, depending on how many products you need to update.
Use this method to update multiple products at once.
- Go to Products → All Products
- Select the variable products you want to update (use the checkbox column)
- Choose Reapply Markups from the Bulk Actions dropdown
- Click Apply
The plugin will recalculate prices for all selected products using their stored base prices and current markup values.
TIP: Use the Attributes column filter to find all products using a specific attribute you've changed.
Use this method to quickly update a single product without opening it.
On the All Products page, variable products with markup-enabled attributes show a ⟳ icon in the Attributes column. Hover over it to see the base price, then click to reapply markups.
Use this method when editing a product and you want to update its prices.
- Edit the variable product
- Go to the Variations tab
- Select Reapply markups to prices from the bulk actions dropdown
- Click Go
This recalculates all variation prices using the base price and current markup values.
