[Sections] Can't collect submissions using dashboard

When using sections, the collecting process by clicking directly the name of the group on the submission page doesn't work (if the default due date isn't reached), but it should be, cause the section due date is reached.

However, activating the collecting process in the detailled view of the repository of the group works.

so are you saying that when the date and time of the assignment due date is reach the collecting process still doesn't work?

I managed to reproduce the bug as @benjaminvialle described it.

Scenario:

• create a section Section1 and add student Student1
• create an assignment Assignment1
• in Assignment1, set a section due date for Section1 and a default due date (later)
• do not allow late submissions (thus due dates == collection dates)
• create a group Group1 with Student1
• as Student1, submit code for Assignment1
• wait until Section1 collection date is passed but before default collection date is
• in Assigment1's submissions tab, click on Group1's name (it should now be clickable)

Expected result:

• UI displays: "The submission has been given collection priority. It will be ready soon."

Actual result:

• UI displays: "Could not collect submission for group Group1 - the collection date has not been reached yet."
