A lot of Stuttering since I just updated to 4.6.1

OS: Windows 10

GPMDP Version: 4.6.1

Issue Descriptions:

Music is super stuttery (I mean it is buffering a lot sorry for any confusion), already tried deleting the folder for GPMDP in app data. When I go to the actual website using Chrome I have no issues at all. Checked my connection and that also isn't a problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

Play a song, it stutters.

Chiming in here to say that I also experience stuttering, Using the refresh option (Settings > Refresh Library) does not resolve the issue. Similarly, restarting my PC does not help at all.

This did not occur in previous GPMDP versions, nor does it occur on Android or in Google Chrome.

I also have buffering/stuttering issues with this version. It's occurring on two different desktop PCs on two different networks. This occurs when streaming any album, nothing out of the ordinary.

Experiencing the same issue. Having stutters every thirty seconds or so. Does not occur on chrome though. Reading through previous issues, i guess it has something to do with the flash player plugin of chrome.

Also experiencing. Cannot play any music through the app without it stuttering constantly from the start.
