Mullvad VPN的兼容性问题。

描述问题
预期行为：通过Mullvad客户端上的Shadowsocks中继连接进行连接。
实际行为：nekoray无法获得一个Mulvad服务器连接。

它在Shadowsocks-4.4.1.0上运行良好，但由于路由设置的结构差异，在nekoray上似乎无法工作。

这将无法工作，因为Mullvad VPN的客户端使用Shadowsocks协议，而不是V2Ray-Core协议。
