ChildGUI turns black when ConEmu is hidden #106

When I press `Ctrl+`` to hide ConEmu when it is fullscreen and then press it again to show, the ChildGUIs don't get repainted for some reason, so they stay black unless you hover over one of the buttons (in which case that button shows up).

Here is the problem shown with Notepad++:

The workaround is to use Ctrl+Alt+Win+Space to undock the window and then put it back in, but in reality we should be using something like RedrawWindow or InvalidateRect() to force a redraw of each child window.

Using Windows 7 64-bit, version 150416.
