When I input Japanese characters, cursor was shown far away from the text I inputted. #1111

ConEmu build: 161206 and 170402 x32 and x64
OS version: Windows 10.0.15063 x64
Used shell version: cmd, bash on windows

Problem description

In command line, cursor is far away from the text inputted.

Steps to reproduce

  1. start ConEmu
  2. input/paste "これからもよろしくお願いします。"
  3. note the cursor's position.

Actual results

The cursor is far away from the text inputted.

Expected results

The cursor is close to the right side of the text "します。"

I've encountered the same problem after upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Update, and the following workaround solved the case in my environment (ConEmu 170402 [64] / OsVer: 10.0.15063.x64).

  1. Open cmd.exe
  2. Right-click the Title bar and select Properties.
  3. Check "Use legacy console (従来のコンソールを使う)"
