Mishandling modifier keys in settings #1175

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Startup -> Tasks -> {Shells::cmd} -> Hotkey -> ... -> Key.
  2. Press Control + F1, that is, Control and F1 simultaneously.

The hotkey textfield displays Ctrl + F1.
The modifier menuboxes show none, none, none.
Attempting to save with OK results in F1 being configured as the hotkey.

As a workaround, register F1 as the hotkey, and manually select the Control modifier in the first menubox.
