AltGr-Deadkeys behave weird on WSL #1224

Using 170807, #1220 is fixed (though I have to omit -cur_console:p in order to get proper history search with the arrow keys). However, using a Swiss-German keyboard layout, both ~ and ´ are AltGr-Deadkeys. Pressing them twice yields the actual character, but attempts at using actual Deadkey-combos such as ´+a=á or ~+n=ñ result in erratic behaviour: Sometimes they work, sometimes the window flashes (I guess it's a bell signal, which I switched off), sometimes bash behaves like I pressed TAB instead.

And more confusingly, this behaviour seems to depend on what task was first started after a reboot, probably also connected to the -cur_console:p, though I haven't spotted any pattern yet...
