[minor] Min/Max/Close icons disappears when toggling "Show buttons (toolbar) in tab bar" #1430

Versions

ConEmu build: 180131 x64
OS version: Windows 10 LTSB x64

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set "Hide caption always" to ON
  2. Toggle "Show buttons (toolbar) in tab bar" from OFF to ON
  3. Min/Max/Close icons do not appears
  4. Min or Max window to icons re-appear

As of 180206 this little bug is fixed - Maximus5 You are a quite precise man/woman.

However I consider showing Min/Max/Restore always - who wants a window without these buttons? (apart from full-screen games & a very few pervert "hyper-power users")

I can't express how I admire You/your work on ConEmu...

If you have title bar - you have buttons there.
Otherwise user may choose if they want to see toolbar.
I know many cases when ConEmu was used without TabBar, StatusBar and TitleBar. It's a user choice.
