Is there away to prevent the console from Scrolling down When it becomes the last program on the desktop? If it is a visible option it eludes me. Thank you for your time.

When I close the last open window on my windows 10 desktop the console window scrolls down as if I had pressed the hot key. Not minimize mind you, actually exit. Then I have to trigger it back up to get at my desktop. 180626 Alpha
