Background: Currently, the settings pages are searchable via the search bar at the top left. However, the list of hotkeys is also too large too be easily understood and quickly configured (it's actually a good problem because we have lots of control).

Feature request: Add a search bar above the list of hotkeys that incrementally filters the list of hotkeys based on the search text (e.g. I could type "process" and see all hotkeys relating to that).

I see that the top-left search will currently iterate through hotkeys, but (1) this is not easily discovered by most users and (2) iteration isn't nearly as easy to use as a simple incrementally filtered list.

Not in my priorities. Searching is working, sorting is working. Anyone even may open online docs.
I wouldn't like to override standard Windows list control to implement separate search field.

This is not about it, but about fast shortcut changing. Even if I look up docs online, I still have to stare at the conemu shortcut list to set it up.

You don't have to overload controls.

I understand your sentiment tho, however, keep in mind that this kind of tool is used mainly by keyboard extensive users.

IMO even, Powershell solution would be great, a la Get-PSReadlineKeyHandler from PSReadLine module.

ConEmu doesn't deepen on any third-party packages, and I hope will never be.

Till now I don't see any "easy" and pretty solution.

Can't you just add another edit control and on its key events dynamically add/remove listview items ?
