No newlines in log files

I tried the logging option in "Features" now, to log all the output of my shells. But the resulting file had no newlines. I used a good text editor (EPP) which is able to detect both kinds of newlines, and it shows all the output lines as one big line. I looked at the hex values and there seem to be no newlines there. Can someone help?

Installed ConEmuSetup.151205.exe now, didn't help. See attached log file, no newlines.

Coolness, now the newlines are working! Attached log file.

But. I'm not seeing the output of commands. Check out the attached log file. These commands had output, but I'm not seeing it in the log.
