Tried to write special char '~' (unavailable on my keyboard) with Alt+ASCII combination.

The title bar says:
VM_CHAR(x7E='~', Scan=56, lParam=0xC0380001) must be processed internally in CConEmuMain::OnKeyboard

The settings keys&macro\keyboard\alt+numpadAdd is checked.

  1. What exact keys have you pressed?
  2. I need LogFiles reproducing the problem.

After a while the issue disappeared. Perhaps something on system level was producing this issue.

Hi, just wanted to chime in.. using ConEmu 180206 [64] {Alpha}* (via Cmder 1.3.5) on Win7 Pro x64 I observe:

  • Holding left alt + 248 does produce a ° character (even though it renders as "_" on screen)
  • Holding right alt + 248 results in the error message WM_CHAR(0xB0='°', Scan=56, IParam=0xC1380001) must be processed internally in CConEmuMain::OnKeyboard being written to the window title
