Add option to not use the busy mouse cursor #943

I don't like when my mouse cursor changes to animated "busy" state, it is distracting.
Please add an option to avoid this behavior.

Here's an example. In this case UpdateEx is trying to check for Far updates and Far website is very slow to respond these days.
The cursor doesn't change in standalone Far, only under ConEmu. And as far as I remember it also happened in other cases (e.g. doing something in bash). Is it something like "Program not responding"? Anyway, to me this behavior is quite irritating.

  1. It is restricted to Far
  2. There is an option already. On the "Far Manager" settings page.
