  1. Completes replacements in professions.json.

    Also adds dress shirts to professions that had had suits and tuxes, now
    that jackets and pants aren't presumed to come with them.

    Yeah I really don't know the whole C++ side of things at all. As-is this
    won't break anything, but old saves that have suits need to have them
    replaced with suit_jacket_fancy and suit_pants_fancy, and the same thing
    needs to happen with tuxes.

    The standard harness goes around your torso at several points, so it
    doesn't OVERSIZE up like a strapped-on pouch or pack.

    Sawing it off apparently converted the stock from synthetic to wood.
    Most Saigas I saw online were synth stock, so plastic it is.
