On Windows, Alt+Enter switches to borderless window #93

I think Titi means Alt+Enter here (as stated in the title). And I experienced this on Windows, too. On Windows 10, pressing Alt+Enter will show the Windows panel on the bottom of the screen. Once it displays, the mouse pointer will actually click at a different location than the pointer is, shifted by the height of the Windows panel. So currently Alt-Enter on Windows is more problematic than useful. |

Another maybe related problem is the iconified behaviour. Press Windows-D to show the desktop when MG is running. MG does not get iconified. Similar problem with alt-tab which does not iconify the fullscreen MG like other fullscreen applications would do. |

I somehow feel that at least some of problems described by titi may be related with #77 (Pseudo-Fullscreen) and some parts sounds similar like we talked about tiny problems on fullscreen + linux-KDE env where you have to get used to stay away with mouse cursor e.g. from top left corner (imo very minor thing on linux) because it is handled by some KDE effect. |

Not having this problem on Windows 10. |
In windows I get no real window on alt+tab. Somehow I only get a borderless window. In this mode you have trouble to move the camera with moving the mouse pointer to the bottom, but I think thats just a side effect.
