Issue with mods

Issue with EC itself, in relation to quark compat

Issue Detail

Image
so here's a screenshot of quark's oak leaf carpet, i assume the nether's delight tag is automatically applied to things with one of the other tags.

anyway, it shows that leaf carpets should be tagged as both #minecraft:mineable/hoe, and #minecraft:mineable/axe.

These below screenshots show that EC:WG leaf carpets are not tagged as any of these. Additionally, they seem to be tagged #quark:leaf_carpets, which doesn't make much sense as base quark carpets aren't tagged this.

This is unlikely to make any real difference gameplay-wise, as the carpets are already insta-mineable with no tool, but it's important for consistency and also in case mods such as My Nether's Delight wish to add integration via utilising already existing tags.

Again, I can't update my mods due to create being unable to update, and crashes with the current version of create and updated EC:WG.
