This will cap the HP at the proper value.
Tested it by using purge as well, everything works 100%. =)

Your actual health is the Base_max_health value, anything from the base is adjusted with the Max_health variable through spells ect.

I thought the original intent of the spell is to remove any extra HP that may be added from spells like morph. According to the description, "Will prevent target's life force from exceeding the body's maximum.". So wouldn't that mean that you would want to cap it at the base value. Also if in rare circumstances that Health > Max_Health (through death link ect), the HP drops every tick through the HP gen timer anyways.
